For over ten years, Gerard & Dominique Smoked Salmon has been the salmon of choice for many prestigious hotels, elegant restaurants and specialty markets around the world. Customers include The Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle, Adolphus Hotel in Dallas; Morton's of Chicago Restaurants, The Drake Hotel in Chicago, and the Grand Hyatt Regency in Orlando, among many others.

Made with only the freshest natural ingredients from the Northwest, Gerard & Dominique products are carefully hand-filleted and smoked by owner Dominique Place according to old- world traditions. The process begins with rich, flavorful salmon harvested from the cold, clean waters of the Pacific Northwest.

Fillets are specially seasoned, then individually smoked over a select blend of Northwest hardwoods, which imparts a subtle, complex flavor. No preservatives or coloring agents are used and products are naturally low in sodium. Kosher approved products are noted in the product Descriptions.
